What working with a B2B lead generation agency costs
You can choose between two billing models. They differ in how fixed the cost is, how predictable the budget is and who keeps the company data. Pick one - in both, the price depends on the channel, the volume and who we reach.
Pure performance - pay only for results
No monthly retainer. You pay for leads your sales team confirms, or for meetings with qualified leads that actually took place.
When your team books and runs the calls itself.
- A decision-maker at a company that fits your profile
- Wants to talk about your offer
- Counts once your sales team confirms it
- No retainer and no fixed cost
When you want booked slots in the calendar.
- A meeting with a decision-maker from a qualified lead
- Booked in your sales rep's calendar
- Counts once the meeting has taken place
- No retainer and no fixed cost
- Who we reach - a director at a large manufacturer is priced differently from a local business owner
- Market size and how hard people are to reach
- Channels - email, LinkedIn, phone
- We manage the company and contact data
- No lead number in the contract - your team needs to be ready to take at least 10 leads a month
Retainer with a guaranteed number of leads
A fixed monthly cost, the number of leads written into the contract and access to all the data. Price depends on channels and volume.
For companies testing outbound on one channel.
- Channel: email
- Up to 3,500 decision-makers contacted a month
- 10-15 leads a month*
- Campaigns built on market signals
Email and LinkedIn in one campaign.
- Channels: email and LinkedIn
- Up to 5,000 decision-makers contacted a month
- 15-25 leads a month*
- Campaigns built on market signals
Every channel, including phone.
- Channels: email, LinkedIn and phone
- 8,000+ decision-makers contacted a month
- Up to 3 LinkedIn accounts
- 30+ leads a month*
- Campaigns built on market signals
For companies that want us to be their entire outbound sales team.
- Every channel - email, LinkedIn and phone - at full scale
- Campaigns in several markets at once, in local languages
- A team assigned to your company: strategy, copy and cold calling
- Leads and meetings straight into your CRM
- Lead numbers and scope set after a market analysis
Retainer: you pay for the number of leads written into the contract. If we don't deliver it, we keep working at no extra cost.
Pure performance or retainer - how they differ and when to pick which
Both models run the same process with the same lead quality. What differs is how you pay.
| Pure performance | Retainer | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | Variable - depends on the number of leads | Fixed - known up front |
| Number of leads in the contract | Not fixed - as many as we generate (minimum 10 leads a month) | Written into the contract, we work until we reach it |
| Budget | In a strong month the bill can be 3x higher | Predictable every month |
| Company and contact data | Stays with us | Stays with you |
| Pick it when | You want to pay only for results and start without a fixed cost | You want a fixed budget, a guaranteed number of leads and to own the data |
- Lead and meeting definition agreed up front
- Dedicated account manager and a weekly report
- You approve the account list and every message
- Outreach in the language of your market
A decision-maker at a company that fits your profile and wants to talk about your offer. A lead counts once your sales team confirms it. A meeting counts once it has taken place.
* On average. The exact number of leads goes into the contract after we analyse your market. Lead and meeting pricing depends on who we reach - a director at a 500-person manufacturer or at a bank is priced differently from the owner of a local service business. Prices net of VAT.
Check whether a campaign pays off
Pick a model, set the rate within the range, the number of leads and your conversion rates, then enter your average customer value. You will see how many customers and how much revenue the campaign can bring and what the return is.
How to work out average customer value?
Subscription - enter the average subscription fee as the order value and how long a customer pays it as the number of orders. For example PLN 5,000 for 18 months on average.
Irregular orders - enter the value of one order, e.g. PLN 12,000 or 15,000, and how many orders a customer places on average, e.g. 4.
- Campaign cost
- PLN 25,000
- Meetings
- 45
- New customers
- 9
- Revenue from these customers
- PLN 432,000

An example for planning, not an offer. Conversion rates differ by industry, so enter your own if you have them. We give the exact rate after analysing your market. The calculator stores nothing.
